2 year Italian warranty

WARRANTY INFORMATIONS

Davide Pedersoli guns are guaranteed for two years pursuant to articles 130-132 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005. The guarantee is governed in accordance with the provisions of Italian law. The warranty is effective from the retail purchase date (receipt / invoice date) for defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty coverage of parts not subject to wear, repair work or replacement must be subject to evaluation by Davide Pedersoli & C.

Stocks and forends are not covered by this warranty. The warranty for the walnut or maple stock and forend is 60 days from purchase and covers manufacturing and material defects only. Transportation to and from our repair facilities, government taxes, damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance, damage due to the use of ammunition in excess of the regulated pressure, reloads or other non-standard ammunition, or any unauthorized repair, modification, use misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product, voids this warranty.

WARNINGS - ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

Modification or modifications to the parts and / or safety of the firearm invalidates the warranty. Each firearm is manufactured to function properly with original parts as designed. It is the buyer's duty to ensure that all purchased parts are made for the firearm in use and are installed correctly and that neither the replacements nor the originals are altered or modified. Each gun is a complex precision instrument with many parts that must fit together correctly to ensure correct and safe operation. Fitting a firearm incorrectly or with incorrect or modified parts can cause malfunctions, causing serious danger, with the risk of personal injury or death for those who use them and other people. We always recommend a qualified gunsmith for the maintenance of the gun, or to have the work done by a competent gunsmith checked before using the gun. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to 1 year from the date of the original retail purchase. Consequential or incidental damages and / or expenses or other expenses are not covered by this warranty.
